Order Cancellation right

Within 12 hours after placing your order you have the right to cancel the order without reason.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You have received a defective or damaged item.
    • The delivered item does not match the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, etc.).
    • The delivered item substantially deviates from the description in the item listing.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, complete with packaging and unused.
    • Return notification must be made within 48 hours after you receive the items.

             Kindly be aware that we retain the right to decline returns for any products that fail to meet the aforementioned return criteria at our discretion.

    • Securely package the item(s) for return with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

    • Refunds are issued for the items cost. If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned items, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    • Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed after the return has been received and inspected, although it may take longer depending on your credit card, bank or Paypal.
